近日，我院举办了对外合作项目管理人员的专题培训。此次培训由医院纪委和对外合作与发展部联合举办，目的是学习贯彻落实二十大精神、提升管理人员廉洁自律意识、增强党风廉政建设和能力作风建设。培训内容具有很强的针对性和思想性，也有很强的指导性和实践性，重点围绕如何让医院外派管理人员切实把思想和行动统一到党的二十大精神上来，着力防风险、守底线、强担当、促发展，积极营造风清气正、干事创业的良好氛围。
此次培训共分两个半天，培训对象为医院委派至各对外合作项目和紧密型医联体单位的院领导及各级管理人员、长派业务科室主任等。培训采用“主会场+分会场”、“线上+线下”相结合的方式进行，总院设立主会场，海南、舟山、无锡分院设立分会场。培训内容涵盖了工程建设领域廉洁风险防控、招标采购领域廉洁风险防控、医院管理中如何落实中央八项规定精神、公立医院如何有效开展内部控制管理等四方面主题。

党委副书记、纪委书记俞立巍主持专题培训，党委书记瞿介明到会讲话。瞿书记在讲话中向与会人员提出了三点要求：一是要提高政治站位，形成风清气正的政治生态。要做到讲政治、顾大局、守纪律，要牢固树立高度自觉的大局意识,自觉从大局看问题,把工作放到大局中去思考、定位,做到正确认识大局、自觉服从大局、坚决维护大局。二是要健全重点领域核心制度，构建廉洁“防火墙”。要始终聚焦重点领域、关键环节、重要岗位，加强对权力运行的监督制约，全面梳理排查风险点，并针对性的建立廉政风险防控机制。三是要严格遵守中央八项规定精神，打造一支清正廉洁、干事创业的管理队伍。要强化自我约束,不断自我警醒，既要充分履行岗位职责，工作中勇挑重担，又要在生活小节、工作细节上守住底线，努力打造一支“愿干事、能干事、干成事、不出事”的管理队伍，成为推动医院高质量发展的重要力量。
