项目经理如何提升自己-项目经理的七个好习惯（二 ）

第2个习惯叫做以终为始。什么叫做以终为始啊，就是你先想到结果，然后来倒，推我们应该如何开始那么在高效能人士的7个习惯里面，以众为是指的什么意思呢？我们首先要想好我们的人生目标是什么，把人生目标作为衡量一切的标准，然后来倒推我们整个做事情的过程和原则，这个时候。判断很多事情该如何开展，那么回到我们项目当中呢，以终为始指的是我们现在这个项目为什么要去立项？它的商业价值是什么？他的显性和隐性收益是什么？我们该如何让我们的客户让我们的领导满意呢？我们该如何保证这个项目在价值层面成功？

再去展开整个项目管理的过程，从这个角度来讲，每一个项目的成功，其实我们是有两次创造，第1次创造呢是我们在大脑里，在我们的电脑上，在思维层面进行创作的过程。第2次呢创造呢，是在实践当中把这个项目成果做出来，让它的价值去实现，让我们的领导让我们的客户满意，所以每一个项目都有两次创造的过程，第1次是思维上的创造，第2次是实践上的创造，少了任何一个创造过程，这个项目或者这个事情，都充满着问题，充满着缺陷是不完美的，是实现不了我们既定的目标和价值，那么以终为始就是我们先想清楚我们的结果和成果，再去展开我们整个的过程，然后带领团队去实现我们的项目目标，这叫以终为始。

第3个习惯呢叫要事第一。所谓要事第一啊，我们在项目当中指的是决定项目成败的和价值实现的这些要素我们称为要是，比如说在项目当中，事关项目能否按节点交付的项目当中的关键路径，那么关键路径上的任务呢，我们就成为重要的事情重要的任务，所以当然要保证关键任务上的关键任务能够如期的完成，那么在我们的生活当中呢，我们也要去养成要事第一的习惯，比如说作为一个项目经理去完成项目不断的提升，自我跟人交流，跟甲方处好关系，这些都是项目当中重要的事情，所以我们必须有足够的精力放在我们的项目的重要的事情上，而在其他的不重要的事情上，我们少花一点时间。
