12月28日，国网甘肃电网建设事业部开始了为期两周关于项目管理所用系统等相关平台操作和知识培训，中心全体项目管理人员参加。培训旨在提升青年员工对ERP等系统操作的熟练程度，进一步提升项目管理的高效性和工作流程的规范化，同时解决系统操作过程中遇到的一些共性问题及操作误区，为“十四五”期间甘肃电网建设提供有力队伍保障。
培训邀请了项目组顾问及部门业务骨干进行授课，培训课程的主要内容有ERP系统、ECP2.0电子商务平台及安全风险管控平台、工程档案矢量馆区块链平台、质量监督系统等电网建设必用平台。通过讲解平台的组成和具体实践操作，对操作流程进行了梳理与讲解，对于一些关键问题和关键的环节进行了详细解答及提醒。使青年员工对ERP等系统理论知识和操作流程有了全面了解，让青年员工实际掌握岗位技能要求。
此次培训实现了“缺什么补什么”的培训目标，整个培训针对项目管理人员在使用ERP、ECP2.0等平台所遇到的困难开展，紧紧围绕提升实际操作能力设计课程重点，做到了有的放矢；实现了培训与交流的双重目标，由ERP项目组成员进行授课，融交流于学习培训之中，共同探讨系统操作过程中遇到的一些共性问题及操作误区，形成了有效的互动平台；深化“师带徒”等路径，让业务骨干一对一帮扶青年员工，着力培养能力突出、操作熟练、专业过硬的青年骨干，为电网高质量建设奠定了坚实的基础。
面对电网建设新的形势和挑战，国网甘肃电网建设事业部将继续加强工程管理人员对工程建设技术和项目管理能力的学习和培训，拿出一张蓝图绘到底的精神，以久久为功的耐力与迎难而上的劲头，打造一支纪律严明、素质优良、理论扎实、技艺精湛的电网建设人才队伍，一步一个脚印地朝着既定目标前进，推动甘肃电网高质量发展。
