课程背景

现代企业在日常项目管理方面存在很多的问题，这些问题有内部的有外部的，内部的如：人员的项目管理能力不足、计划管理、风险管理能力不足、内部沟通配合不到位等等，已经严重制约了各个项目的执行和绩效的达成，从而导致企业的发展受到影响。外部的如：客户的干系人识别、干系人管理不到位、干系人责任不清楚、干系人管理不到位等各种不确定因素，往往直接影响到我们企业的正常运营，如何建立高效的运营团队，是一个企业在残酷的竞争中脱颖而出的关键利器。

新经济时代不仅有大鱼吃小鱼、快鱼吃慢鱼还有群鱼吃大鱼。索尼、诺基亚、柯达等大企业一夜之间的陨落，已经不足为奇，今后企业的竞争，比的不仅是大小，比的是企业的创新的速度，稳健的市场管理及合理的产品序列规划。

本课程将向各位基层项目经理讲解一种有效的企业管理思想——项目化管理的方法，建立以项目管理的系统化管理思维，依据项目管理的一套完整的而又严密的工作体系来构建我们的知识及决策体系。帮助我们企业的管理人员在面临不确定的情况下，怎么快速而又正确的做出决策的方法。
